Last month, Draga took a significant step in expanding our presence in Southeast Asia by participating in the Oil & Gas Roadshow 2025 in Rayong, Thailand. The event brought together our teams from Norway and Thailand, with CTO Kent Andersen representing Draga Asia alongside CEO Ken Lie-Haugen from Draga Norway.
The 10th edition of the event proved to be an excellent platform for Draga Asia to explore regional trends and make regional connections. Set in Thailand's oil and gas hub, the Roadshow showcased innovations in oil and gas, and petrochemical technology.
Our booth became a center of activity over the two days, with the team fielding questions about our digital transformation solutions and engaging with industry professionals interested in learning about our engineering expertise. These conversations led to connections with potential partners who understand the value of streamlining operations.
What made the experience particularly special was collaborating with our Norwegian team in person, demonstrating the global reach and local expertise that defines Draga's approach. Since our founding in 2015, we've been delivering change through digital transformation, and events like this give us a chance to talk directly with potential clients and partners about how we can help streamline and support their operations.
The presence of industry leaders like Shell Thailand, PTT, and the Thailand Ministry of Energy highlighted the caliber of the professionals attending and reinforced our commitment to making Draga's name and services known across Southeast Asia's energy sector.
